You need compiling experience to do so, a lot of it. And if you have the experience, everything is pretty self-explaining.
All in all you need to decompile the DoDS replacement, hack on CSS arms, bring the animation sequences into the right order, edit the attachements, retime the anims to fit the timing of the CSS and recompile.
