I really don't see the problem. I've installed the skin again, as I would install it and it works without any issues.
I'd say try again, because you're obviously doing something wrong.

As already said, get a cheaper or freeware program then which supports alpha channels? I don't know if GIMP supports them, but it is a great freeware image-editing program.

You did realize my orky burna submission also has a flamethrower and not just a backburner b4 you dissaproved its location? it's been posted for months and you are the first person to say something about it an the first to disapprove of it
Not even an fpsbanana admin has mentioned it was in the wrong place.
Please check the file fully before disapproving people and not do so just by the NAME of the skin submission
According to your messages on this page it seems you have quite a habit for disapproving for less than stellar reasons.
