You will upload 100 packets a second with 120 constant FPS yes, if the server allows it, however that should be enough upload speed for you too play without lagging.. I find this a bit odd.

You might be right there, however, i'm inclined to think software rather than hardware this time. Did any protection software come bundled with your system? As I have seen massive ping problems from people with large amounts of this new Vista protection software. Although I may as well ask about hardware as well; are you on wireless? if so how are you connecting? through a built in card with atena, or through a wireless USB stick. you may need to port forward your router, but I need some of this info first

Aaaah, so you say it has never gone even slightly over 60? v-sync is probably enabled then, stick "-nosync" in the launch options to fix this. If that doesn't work, then it might be your processor, but a 3200+ is still a good processor, and you should at least get 80+ with that card + extra RAM.

That's odd that you can't get anything over 50fps with that config, the X1600, isn't a brilliant card and DDR400 RAM may not be the best of RAM chips, but you should be getting at least 60. Have you defragmented your hard drive or done a disk clean up recently? Sorry for not replying to your message sooner, but I have been busy

First you have to get Half-Life 1.5 and then when you install cs1.5 it will install where is the Half-Life 1.5

All u have to do to make my map a fy map is to move the spawn points around to ur liking and that should do it enjoy ^_^
