Well I try to start up the 2nd shortcut to the hldsupdatetool and it tells me that all of these (-console -game cstrike +map de_dust -maxplayers 16 -tickrate 66 +ip 111.222.333.444 +hostport 27015 -autoupdate) is unrecconizied, and yes, I'm trying to run it from my PC.
