How the fuck is that arrogant. He gave you constructive criticism to help you on future projects. He wasn't looking down on you calling you a "noob" like most of the assesses you'll get around you. You're lucky you get any type of tips at all. Way to go. There's also a rule against revenge assessing.

Anyways, this is way too simple, and the digital camouflage you have chosen is way too big and stretched out. I'd suggest making it like 4 times as small, redoing the normal maps, and maybe making some specular maps to spice it up. Oh, just a friendly note, when you go into model viewer, turn off the Specular option. Very arrogant.

You can't go around poorly assessing others work because they didn't give you a score you didn't like or for any other reason. So unless you want to get sanctioned for a revenge rating, you should go re-assess rootbeerz rating, just be fair while doing your assessing.
