If you want to know what happened with uber's map I will tell you here and you can relate it to the rest of your studio if you wish. nay0r, Lost, and myself each posted constructive criticism of his map, all three of us indicating that the map had serious optimization problems among other thoughts. uber apparently believed that these criticisms were insults against himself, and that the map in fact had no optimization problems. He began responding with ad hominem attacks against people who had posted. You can decide for yourself whether you believe this account. I believe that nay0r, Lost and myself each have a reputation for being rational and experienced in this area. If it is true that people joined your studio to learn from uber you may want to have them think carefully about how much weight they place in his opinion. I am sure that he does not understand mapping as well as he believes he does.
