Its not my job to fix other peoples problems when they can't follow the rules, we withhold the submission and inform them on how to correctly display it. Whether its authors notes, list, screenshots etc While yes its not my map page, the site is however our concern, if someones post, thread, map, skin, tutorial or otherwise stretches the page, breaks the page, disables sections of it. We have to withhold it to make them fix the submission. Nobody likes it when someones signature breaks the html in the forums, nor do they like it when they have to scroll sideways on a page to rate a submission when it should fit within the sites template.
