Oh yes and i forgot to tell you i have CS1.6 and i have skins for almost all of my guns, i just need to know how to put those arms IN-game, and if it will work thanks :)

For maps to show up in portal they have to make a bns file. however, for single maps that dont have any chalenge except finishing it people just wont make it. To load it instead go to console and type: map
