Quote-Lol, im being realistic and using constructive critisim, im sure he is new to skinning and needs it, i didnt mean to piss anyone off, and i dont need to make a skin to judge one. Since ive seen many many skins..... Sorry bout the misunderstanding, i was probly pissed of.

You have to have your own dedicated server to install it. but there are a handful of servers that play vip maps.

VIP is a special gamemode that can only be played on servers with the vip mod installed. Only certain maps work when playing vip mod. The object fo the game is to escort a vip to a safety zone. Catch is, the vip can only use the usp handgun, and the terrorist try to kill him before he gets to the rescue zone.
