The last screenshot was most propably made in Gmod and afterwards edited a little with PS. The ragdoll is one of the COD4 SAS. It would be illegal to give you the models unless you own the game.

Hey i saw your gmod saved game and i was wondering how i get it to work. I put the files in the save folder and clicked load game under single player and i cant find it. If you could help me that would be great.

Up to now, no more ports have been requested. Basically anyone can request a port for 600 points; therefore you have to request it by yourself if you want something particulary done.
