Its probably the way your computer is handling the reflective maps. you can just remove them by opening the vmts of ciganos skin and removing the line that says "$normalmapenvmapmask" "1" or something like its a big word that starts with normal...

Hello I am GrayFox. I was reading posts regarding the BB Glock, then I saw your little slogan. They have awaken the giant. Porting it from TF2 would be possible, but its comic style wouldn't fit in CSS. The Jericho Minigun wouldn't fit in CSS because there are no matching animations for it.
