I really like the look and style of this map, very nicely done to give it a tropical feeling. That and bonus points for actually doing the palm trees correctly heh. Still annoys me how many people don't do it this way.

I like the smaller layout of this de_ map as it makes rounds nice and fun without being dragged on. Many faults of a de_ map is going too big but you've managed to keep it to just the right size.

I did however notice two things fairly quickly when playing the map, small bugs nothing that really hurts the score but you should still address them in a V2 or the final.

This forklift near CT spawn was giving off an odd sheen when I was looking at it so I turned on cubemaps to see if that was the problem and as you can see below I was correct.

The forklift for some reason is picking up the tunnels cubemap to use for its reflections. Since there is no way to specify to what point yet to use a cubemap its just whatevers closer. Maybe move it up/down the tunnel in a way to make the forklift use the normal one in that room, or move the room one closer to the forklift.

Alternatively - I have no idea if it will work on cubemaps too - try overriding its lighting origin and move it closer to the warehouse cubemap.

Oh and the only other issue I could spot was this displacement seam on top of the main door to the bombsite area. Just double check that its sewn and replace the toolsskybox texture behind it to nodraw so light can't come through in either case.

If I can suggest something, while your waters beautiful, there is a nicer/smoother looking one available here:

Can't wait to see V2 or the final - Radar Overview this time please heh.
Very nice work.
