*Added in controlroom:
- Buttons to lock all 9 doors
*Added/Fixed in map
- Fixed some glitches in race
- Moved escape way from cell C to cell D
- Spawn cell for terrorists improved. Breaks after 15 seconds.
- Alarm and Fire buttons unlock after 4 minutes.

You can open it from 2 places, at the button near the cell and in the controlroom.

In this case the ct won the race. When starting new race the lights will reset.
