I realized that the themes on maps in TF2 are dull enough already. So, inspired by Nipper's CS:S maps among other things, I decided to let go of realism and in fact work in the opposite direction.
The first map I made for TF2 was in the style of dustbowl, and it was hideously unbalanced. Unlike Valve I don't have a team of play testers to fine-tune offense versus defense and I do care about balanced gameplay. This is why cp_ohho is a symmetrical capture point map in the style of granary/well.
Finally: The map is filled with traps. They are not as plentiful as they could have been, but they are still quite powerful as well as humiliating. You will find them either highly amusing or highly irritating.
