Author's Readme/Notes:

This map is made for the Role play game mode. It is based on city 18 in the half life game.
It is at night. It has a hospital apartment complexes. police department and many business districts. Every building/tunnel/door is useable. you can make you home anywhere, as long as the mayor agrees , (if it is an awkward place)
