took out mortars, if spammed they could crash a server. Replaced them with more traditional jail kills. Blue side sets everyone's health in jail to 1 hp. Red side ignites everyone in jail for a slow burn :D

changed the way scoring is done to alleviate crashes
fixed a bug that made it so cts could not score after capping a flag

CTF!!! (capture the flag, nub)
Above each teams spawn is their flag and a Drop zone. Each team can attempt to capture the opposing teams flag and bring it to their drop zone where they drop the flag to earn a point.
You can only earn a point if your flag is at your base.
Amount of points needed to win every round changes, the number of points need can be seen inbetween the scoreboard.
A team that wins by capturing the flags receives points for each member on the opposite team that is alive.
1 point games = 10 points
2 point games = 20 points
3 point games = 40 points

Warning: spamming e-leftclick in rapid succession on the mortar has been found to cause game crashes. Im working on a fix right now but if one cannot be found I will be removing the mortar entirely. (Removed in v2)
