With a custom map server you can install maps like gg_cratesz and play them with your friends.

Balance: This is perfect. Really great work on this.
Gameplay: The gameplay is simple but good. Looks fun to play. Although it is just a lot of crates to have cover with. Great job.
Looks: This could be made much better. The lighting is not bad. Just try to do it a bit different. The brush work is really great. Just you could also use some decals for detail. Treat your maps as art and you will make great maps.

Balance: This is perfect. Really great work on this.

Looks: This could be made much better. The lighting is not bad. Just try to do it a bit different. The brush work is really great. Just you could also use some decals for detail. Treat your maps as art and you will make great maps.

I have to comment on the use of models for the crates and containers. You can easily replace the containers with brush based ones, which will help a lot with FPS. You can also do that for the crates, but I don't see the harm in having those in there. I also like how you added skylights to the roof of the building, it really makes it feel more open then it would have without them.

Just add another route or two, fix the lighting and it should be perfect. 9 / 10


well , i know about lights but placing lamps(with lights of corse) on the floor looks unnatural and i have low space on top of the map to place lamps there
i'll search for solution
