Map remade by Jestyr

Objective:
RED team wins by defending their Control Points. BLU team wins by capturing all dope fish before the time runs out.

Other Notes:
Control Points cannot be captured while they are locked. RED team cannot regain control of a point once BLU has captured it.

Credits:
Hotel Hell is one of the original and most memorial maps from the now classic Duke Nukem 3D.

Released back in 1996, Duke3D is without a doubt one of the best games ever made and a true pioneer in first person shooters.

I made this map mainly for me and for all the other duke fans out there. I hope this will tide you over until the release of DN4. Come get some nostalgia while kicking ass and chewing bubblegum on this deathmatch classic.

Pros: Brings back fond memories. The map actually plays well with 24 players. Everyone enjoys it. Excellent job on the sounds.
Cons: The hallway to the first CP gets a little crowded. The timelimits may need tweaking (a little long)
Notes: I'm not a TF2 "purist", although some people might not like the NON-TF2 theme. Personally, I like it - thanks for an outstanding map :)

Well this brings me back, it's a faithful remake down to the flicking lights and textures that we learned to love years back.

I was only able to run around by myself on the map and the only things that would concern me is the HDR/lighting being too bright in places. Also there is no easy way to learn the map fast. If I remember rightly there's some arrow and sign textures you could add in to give a sense of where to go (though been years since I touched the old build engine). Plus I didn't try but the blue spawn might get camped from the window nearby by sentry's and players, overall a fun looking map I wouldn't mind trying to play at some point. And A+ on the sounds!

Edit: Forgot to add start time might be a little too high, perhaps make it lower and give more time for each cap.
