Author's Readme/Notes GG map based on the windows game Minesweeper. Mostly custom textures, simple but fun layout.. and VERY good framerate. Medium to smaller sized map but can be played with few people or a full server (32 Spawnpoints). I recommend up to 18 or 20. Also features a 3D skybox to help the theme.

Pros: it plays very well for gungame. like a deagle map but open and bright + style Cons: it is based off of minesweep Improvements: a different material for the floor Notes: I though yopu have got to be kidding me who the hell would dl this....it's worth it

Thanks for all the feedback. Wildcard also for the good critiqueing and ideas. I planned on making another version like i do with my other maps once i get feedback and see how a full server plays the map a few times. I have already laid out a more symetrical block layout on the map, and will add some crazy fun/stuff as well. Not sure exactly what yet but we'll see. It may be a few weeks though.

Wow, this is a very cool idea. Never would of thought this as a map, but you really went through with it and nailed it. It is also good to see that somebody understands the numbers. I have scanned your layout with the numbers and it checks out. My only issue with the map is the basic layout. Really in truly this is just a map with random walls in certain areas. The only thing that sets this map apart from other maps would be your texturing and if you can explode (Do not know if your mines work or not). Other than what I have listed when you strip the textures this is a plain simple design. I am sure the gameplay is alright, but as far as layout and placement goes this is below average. I would really like to list some suggestions, but I do not know much more you can do. I guess it would be cool if the map started out like a new game of Minesweeper and there were only gray blocks. Then when you shoot them they disappear just like the actual game would. This would lead to strategy if you knew where a mine was then you could shoot the block and blow up the team. Could not work out if the mine spawns were always in the same place though, but I would look into that. Otherwise this is a really neat idea, but it could use some tweaking.
