DevNotes
I read very thic book (some older publication) Robinson Crusoe written by Daniel Defoe...really good piece ;)
So I imagine island of castaway....rather with few useless or useful things. I wanted to build quick action and nice looking map.
...who doesnt sometimes dream about his own land? even though small land...

Author's Readme/Notes:
It is small island (aprox 5000 x 5000 pxs) covered with forest. There are few buildings: cottage, dock, chapel and "energy tower" on cliff. In small shipyard dock on north east is one hostage, which has to be rescue by CTs. In shipyard start terrorists. You can move everywhere on island, so you can choose your way of movement. You are limited only by water and further clip.

I registered that you have problems with fps, so I try to make easier render. I recompiled map as "prop fade" version. I experimented with prop fade dist because when you are in one corner of island, why have to be rendered props in opposite corner?

Thought it ran very good considering the type of map, also its simple this makes it really good, for me the only draw back to the map is you could have adapted the 2dskybox material to fit some slight fogging, to basically get rid of the dead end on the edges of the map, as the water dosnt look fully realistic on distance, also stretchin the waters scale up to about 1.00/1.50 would have helped on the repetition of the texture, overall really good,

Very nice work.
Lighting is nice, layout seems pretty fun.
Is the 3d skybox round? doesn't seems to be, from the screenshots. Oh well, if you are in playerview, you wouldn't notice it.

Oh hai.

Whow.......simply WHOW. We play this in gungame on my
Server from now on. The FPS could be a bit better but the
Layout makes it so good that its a MUST to play.

Maybe I can reduce amount of props...and send you propless version.

Well that would be nice cause we played it some minutes ago and most of the players left complaining performance problems and they found the map too big (which is not your fault cause it was never intended to be a gungame map ).
