Author's Readme/Notes Map demonstration video (low quality) : q2d_lavabattle - A Quake 2D Map Made in Brazil by Courage & Faith. . Using the same tileset from "fy_lavabattle", I created a big, but cool map for Quake 2D, which is a great game and mod for CS2D! Download Quake 2D by --->here<---- Features: - "de_waterbattle" tiles was modified; - Lava sound added. (The lava sound included in the map was got from the site: Partners in Rhymes, which means that the sound wasn´t ported.); - "gen_fx" entities added(smoke effects around the map); - Red sprite added to the map; - A LOT OF weapons and itens scatterred around the map. These are the better maps I like to see from you, I know you are a good mapper, becuase I have seen many great maps from uou & this one looks much better than that dm_defense you made for cs2d Fun. I like the design & the Red, but you could of made crates a bit better, but all up nice Job keep it up

Design: Needs a bit more according to me, for example more walls, better adjustments on tiles, perhaps sprites, background music would fit well on a map like this. Detail: The crates(boxes) are poor, and they look like they were made in paint. Nontheless you have some nice tiles, with equal niceness as badness. Call this madness but I'm gonna say it simple. This map has class, but needs improvements within the tileset. Fun: Seem to be quite fun, and immense. Gameplay: The gameplay is what it is. I admire it. Looks: It looks quite good, but it needs a bit more details. Teamplay: The map doesn't feel like a team map, but yet it does. And I admire that, so it's a quite good map.

Very nice custom map for Q2D, i like the design, and it is good for Quake2D, i'll rate it 10/10 =).
