There is a shadow under the tree... that would not have show up unless you processed the lights, but maybe try losing a few lights cause its hella bright. try working on textures and making the place look like its not floating in space

CHS as in Cleaveland Highschool, in portland, oregon? I go there too, if thats the CHS your talking about :) yeah, next time run the vRAD step when you compile the map, and place some "light" or "light_spot" entities around and it should come out looking alot better :)
