CTF TOUCHDOWN B2:
New updates based on map testing
- Game timer decreased to a default of 3 mins, maximum of 10 mins
- Captures now add 60 seconds to the timer
- No more respawn times
- 10 captures are required to win a round
~ Sniper class may be disabled (unsure if it works)

CTF TOUCHDOWN B1:
This is an experimental map. The aim is, after the setup time, to take the neutral intelligence in the middle to your opponent's side of the battlefield. There are still a few problems that need fixing and I'd also like some suggestions for timers etc. Also, does anyone know how to modify the number of captures required to win? I hope you enjoy it.

Well with that comment I'm considering abiding to your suggestion. What's your server IP, I might pop over to it when I get TF2 back up and running (doesn't work at the mo, and neither does Hammer).

I will work on beta 3 soon.

This map IS the MOST loved map on my server, people are always begging for it. Could you mabe make some more versions of it? Like different themes and such, more realistic version with stands and such?

I see your point, but the whole point of the map is to have fun and whilst it is still deathmatchy, there are still some tactics to it and unlike most deathmatch maps an objective. Furthermore, the design complements the style of gameplay that I'm trying to achieve: fast paced action. Running up and down hills and around blocks would ruin this. The only problem at current are the snipers. I do appreciate though that it's not a looker, I'm not particularly good at that :D

Design: Basic structure: 4 walls, 1 ground.
And what about using displacments ?
Looks: Well, not better with texturing... And add details (foliages, tires, wood crates, ...)
Gameplay: Gameplay is directly depending of the design.
It's more deathmatch than cap-the-flag...

Pros: I love this map , its fast and its fun, nothing fancy, fun with some friends.
Notes: Timers are fine have to have short timers, or other team with scouts will just take briefcase before you get in so gg.

Trying it out, thanks for putting a timer on the map man, most others forget to add one and assume that the server directs the time of the map
