Author's Readme/Notes Original Author: Unknown Remake Author: Silent Ricochet Custom Models: Shiroko Custom Bump-Maps: Silent Ricochet NOW WITH FULLY FUNCTIONING CUSTOM NAVIGATION MESH, FOR BOTS This map was inspired by a terribly made, but none-the-less, fun FY map. It takes on a jungle / ruins (or tropical) theme, with ruins on both sides, tropical foliage, a stagnant pond in the middle with a rope bridge across the small canyon. The original map for 1.6 was very Terrorist sided (they had tons of cover, while the CTs had almost none), So I added some of my own little touches. The original map wasn't ruins / jungle themed. It was a box and mis-aligned textures and walls out of no where (shitty map, but still fun). Also the map had tons of weapons lying around. After a quick poll among 15 members of FPS I decided to make it a Deagle map for more of a challenge and no gay sniping. I also bumpmapped a few Valve textures to make them look nice and give brushes more of a gritty 3d look to them. The textures are included in the pack. Have fun :) -Silent Ricochet

Posted by Sethen Pros: Functional and amazing. A great map that shows some contrast towards gameplay as well as aiming. The main theme of this map is really impressive. The layout of the map is pretty simple for players to run and and eventually get killed, but the aspects of have more then 5 elevations for the user to pick from are very well inputted. Nothing really much takes away from the map beside the walls looking a little on the same side and kinda bland, but players will be to immense in the map to notice it anyway. The structure design of the map is a great and exciting look to the map. The look of a TEMPLE really makes me happy.:D The lighting inside the map is again simple but not really important to look fancy. But for a map that contains all the elements listed above, it turns out to be fun and a valid map for servers and people alike. Cons: none Improvements: Some things could use fix... -Some detail to the rocks (mountains) -A nice skybox will really improve this map. -Some block light in the displacements to prevent light from shinning through it. Notes: Overall a fun map that shows some contrast that people will find interesting. Love the work and keep up the great mapping.:D Thank you for the input man, maybe i'll fix it up a bit, but not for a while :P

"It looks awesome" but you give it a 5 for looks?

There's a bug on the left side of tbhe beginning of the hanging bridge. ( from ct spawn) But Nice map ;)
