cs_kismayo - A Mod for Counter-Strike: Source.

I am adding this map again because an admin deleted the old one I had uploaded. His reasoning was because the cs_kismayoHDR version was a newer, superior version so it should take the place of cs_kismayo. This is flawed logic because not every server wants to run the HDR version. Also, people already have the cs_kismayo version and do not want to switch. So, I uploaded the map again. Please do not delete it this time because it has been requested multiple times for me to re upload it.
