This is an attractive map no doubt. I'd like to see more than just 2 ways to go. the dock to the left of ctspawn could be opened up. I find maps that play well have more than just a ground level, you could have a long hall up above or a lower plank or walkway to spice things up.
The bot mesh was messed up, a lot of mesh was generated in the water. I tuned the nav mesh and place painted it. It works pretty good.

The Poverty

Really nice atmosphere and good layout. Especially for a smaller deathmatch game. Some areas are too dark though so it can be annoying for those who don't play with night vision goggles. Also that bright light in the tunnel is out of place.
