For some reason you posted both of them, I did rc3 and rc4 with permission from CAL. My name is clearly stated in the readme file.

Bubkez did the old de_cpl_strike this dl is my css file so...

I'm not sure where you got this from but the archive that CAL distributed clearly credits BubkeZ for de_cpl_strike, which was the original. It also clearly states that this is cashed's work.

This probably should be removed anyway since if I understand correctly CAL retracted RC4 due to some major bug.
