This is my HAMMER learning experience map originally created by -MoHax- (banned from fpsb as far as i know and also one of the LARGE contributors in the CS:S texture map community) I started this map to learn the software features as well as a handful of friends sat down and thought what this map would be like if it were "finished" if you know what I mean.
So the beta testing began on my server and I started making advXX version numbers for everyone to try. 100's of people showed up with feedback and bugs that helped create this map over a weeks period and 109 compiles. Over all I myself spent a week with a little over 100 hours into the map. 20 of those were me trying to figure out the custom soundscape which everyone should enjoy and learn from. It has sortof a HALO 2 feel to it if you've ever seen the video of "CAPN SLAPAHO falls alseep".
Pros: This is one of my few favourite maps, thanks creating such a good map! It has sufficient cover, levels and buildings to keep campers at bay and the game interesting. I've played this map countless times and i love your palm trees! :D Cons: On top of the builids there's nothing at all to take cover behind. It's not much of a problem but just some waist-high walls could maybe provide some handy cover from time to time :) Improvements: Maybe change the skybox texture and light_env settings to that of militia_hdr asuming you know where to find the settings, hit me up if you don't)
I find maps always look a lot more appealing when brighter, and everyone likes the sun! :D
Also a properly textured version, though you might have already done this and i just havnt seen it!
