Author's Readme/Notes:Russka is the first ported map to grace Counter-Strike Source for the CyberEvolution League. Russka has become a household name within the CS Community and I'm extremely proud of it's credibility and recognition within the gaming community. The use of fakes, and the middle vent provide a wide assortment of strategy and teamwork. Counter-Terrorist's have to decide early on if playing the vent is necessary, and if not they can stack a site as a team. Holding bombsite A will prove to be much easier then the outside site B.
The map contains 24 spawn points.
Russka for Counter-Strike Source is the first custom map used for CEVO's inaugural source season. This map was my first attempt at creating a counter-strike source map and took alot of time, learning, effort on my part. Many areas of this map required learning new skills and abilities which I did not possess coming into this project. I'd like to personally thank CEVO for their patience and compinsation for commisioning this project to me.
Build time was about one month. |
