This is an enhancement on my spray submission, Abstract Rainbow.

I made this entirely from scratch in Adobe Photoshop CS3.

To install this, simply extract the folders to
C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\UserName\Counter-strike Source\cstrike

Since you changed the color of the CStrike logo, you should have changed the color of the menu as well. Currently the menu is not easy to read. It'd be much more readable if it was black.

Not bad for a first GUI, I like the clouds. However, the text is hard to see and the rainbow could use a little work.
