Author's Readme/Notes:

Second version of my Neural Theme for Steam.
Extract contents to "C:\Program Files\Steam\Skins\" or something similar.

Changes:
-fixed font sizes!
-fixed shadow bug
-removed yellow colors
-remade Steam Friends window pattern
-better buttons
-better highlight color for Game List
-better icons
-more minor changes which I forgot

Known bugs:
-Mini Game List has wrong colors
-minor stuff

If you find any more bugs please tell me.

I really want to use this as well because quite frankly it looks amazing :)

Apparently they are smaller, my mistake.

Open SteamScheme.res with notepad in ...\Neural Theme\Resource\ and search for the fonts section. You can edit them there.

Just one thing, the font is a little too small, how can I change the font it uses back to the default or increase its size slightly ?

I think you have downloaded the old version which had smaller fonts, this one has default font sizes.
