So, it's been... umm... lemme think... a long time since I have released something. So I figured I'd make a new radar - again.
And, I must give a big thanks to Ripperx7 for converting the radar for me since I'm having problems with doing it on my new PC with Vista.
But, anyway, here's the new one!
