The bone in the nose simply crumples and snaps, but doesn't move anywhere. Well it isn't really the bone in the nose, I didn't see you specified. My apologies. However if you strike hard enough at that spot, you might damage a part of the skull that in its turn "shakes" the brain in a direction and movement that could easily kill you. This, however, is a purely statistical example, and I don't know of any case where it has actually killed in combat.. I've seen medical records of people being killed by it though.

Trust me Arthuro, when I was looking at the finger posing and some images of people holding a one handed gun that were almost a like to what these guys were holding, it was basically spot on. And thank you t0xix :P
