Posted by DrDeanDarko He was just a low-polygon replacement model for Male_07 as a background model. Not sure why VALVe used him instead of a LOD model, though. Probably because valve knew someone will find him...and then..all the people start talking bout it and start talkin rumours, i mean, he's useless but people wants to talk about that kind of stuff, it's interesting

Black mesa east, before you get in the lift, noclip through the fence and watch this guy walk down into a hanger. he does some david blain shizz and floats in mid air. o and theres a vortagon that talks to you like he's a alien hippy. enjoy

He is seen when meeting kleiner in the lab and in Black mesa east when he is walking down a hall. Dunno why they just didnt use the original citizens
