Nice pic. but btw, most of the pros don'tdo this. It's better to stick the knife in the base of the brain because it's instant incapacitation/death and they don't make a ton of noise trying to breath through a bloody slit for a minute or two.

Cool, although a few more details would have been pretty good, like how someone mentioned the blood puff idea !
