I heard ESRB gave it a rate of AO (adults only).

It is, actually it's Postal 2 which got AO.
This one, I'm still not sure whether it will be M-rated just like GTA or AO...again.
I still prefer GTA than this one.

From the screenshots I saw, that is so Source.
Blood splat is similar to the other Source games, such as CS:S...
and the muzzleflash looks familiar to me as well.
Look at the prop beside the trashbin on picture 2, it looks familiar to you , right?

I loved postal 2 because it was a really funny game,but ... the game itself had mani flaws,bugs, poor gameplay,not at all a challenge for hardcore gamers,by seeing this trailer i get the impression that what will change will be the 3rd person mode,scenarios and storyline,the gameplay will still be poor... but, lets see and hope that it could be a good surprise :D
