Yep, something odd is up... recompiled skins work fine in a local "create a battle" server, but when playing on a live, public server, the animations are once again out of sequence. There must be something servers are now loading from a .GCF that screws around with animations.

EDIT: The bone structures for most weapons have been reorganized/renamed, requiring a new envelope modifier for custom meshes. Also, using custom animation sequence names may no longer be possible, which could limit custom animation variety.

Hello, walmarx i use skin to m1014 and affected not run correctly i believe the chage were for all weapons.

Thanks walmarx, i hope the other weapons are upper to the beta 2.5 i use g36c and not m4. .....

Wow. Here's what the two posts below me are trying to communicate, in english:

EDIT: The Beta 2.5 Update makes recompiles necessary for skins on ALL weapon slots.

Hey, BIG PROBLEM, all people the public your weapons here, that the new version of insurgency 2.5, change things at files of the folder models and now all weapons, that diferent to original game, not run correctly.
only run recolored or new sounds of weapons originals.
please if somebody know how change weapons at version 2.5 of insurgency please move to the new version or this work are missing....
