Man this game brings back fond memories of childhood, my first game i ever beat, my first fps, one of my favorite games

just an all around super nova on my gaming history, heres to you quake!

though i never could play online :(

Yeah its one awesome game. Even tho the colourset is like alot of browns n greys, somehow it manages to pull it off. i remember first hearing one of those zombies on the second or 3rd level... :D. yeah and also the storyline... quake 2 has absolutely NOTHING to do with one... eehe oh well :P I love Q1 for its theme and i love the 'strogg' theme in 2 and 4
