Blurb

Portal 2 will be the sequel to the puzzle-action hybrid Portal video game developed by Valve. The original Portal was released in a bundle package in The Orange Box for Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and PC.

Marketing vice president Doug Lombardi stated in late January 2008 that "There'll be more Portal, for sure," and later at the Game Developers Conference in February, lead game designer Kimberly Swift announced by accident that this will indeed be a sequel. Kim also stated that the team creating Portal 2 are currently deciding which idea they should implement in Portal 2 and that a multiplayer Portal "from a technology standpoint is possible."

Details as to what the story, setting or characters of the game will be are yet to be revealed.
