I can't get CS:S to play Dust2 with more that 7 FPS on -dxlevel 70 and settings all the way down. I can play low detailed, custom maps fine though.

I told him no and he explained why I should get it. What server you on Cow Muffins? Ungrim, I play on Order on that server. My Destruction characters are on Magnus. Ungrim is the most equal server I've played on.

Understandable. I still am not able to buy the game. I owe my dad $640 atm and I'm like $15 off from that. Once I get that paid to him, I'll be able to buy it.
