Too bad to me it seems like DX10 has a relatively small improvement for a higher performance decrease.

I may be mistaken but I remember reading somewhere that DX11 was gonna be supported by DX10 cards.
I remember reading that DX10.1 cards would support DX11, not DX10. Just like AM2+ supports AMD3. :P
EDIT:
I read that DX10.1 cards would run faster on DX11 then DX10 cards and that it will support some stuff that DX10 cards wont.

Well guys to tell you the truth i hope that ati doesn't do somthing stupid like continue the hd4000 series with the 4900's because I really want to see "hd5000" as a headline on their site.
i pretty sure that evryone is dyeing like me to get and HD5000
I heard that their releasing the HD5000 in 5 months or so, which is why I'm buying a HD4890 instead. Cause there probably won't be any good games that supports DX11 at first, but at least 6 months after the release of DX11, I expect some good games, so thats when I'm gonna buy a HD5000. :)
I hope that they will add DX11 support to Diablo 3! :D

Well guys to tell you the truth i hope that ati doesn't do somthing stupid like continue the hd4000 series with the 4900's because I really want to see "hd5000" as a headline on their site.
